Job Summary
Oversee daily operations at a specific IHMG Clinic location, managing hiring, coaching, mentoring, and succession planning for all staff. Directly supervise performance management, skills development, and recognition while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines. Monitor financial performance, develop improvement plans, and manage the department budget to drive revenue growth and maintain steady service expansion. Establish a safe working environment by enforcing policy procedures, holding staff accountable for behavioral standards, and providing regular feedback. Schedule shifts based on operational needs, rotate duties, and expect local travel between system locations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Higher in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Five (5) years of clinical, physician practice or healthcare related experience
- Strong leadership ability
- Good organizational skills
- Independent and critical thinking skills
- Sound judgment
- Knowledge of legal aspects and liability of nursing practice
- Strong ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) approved curriculum of the American Heart Association (CPR and AED) program
- Act 33 with renewal
- Act 34 with renewal
- Act 73 FBI Clearance
- Travel may be expected locally between System locations
- Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need (rotate shifts, standby, on-call, etc.)

- Prior supervisory experience
