Job Summary

Partner in financial performance by tracking budgets, productivity, and outcomes to align with organizational goals. Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations. Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing. Represent the clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy license
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- recent outpatient orthopedic focus
