Job Summary
Carry an active patient caseload while leading the overall clinical and operational direction of the clinic. Invest in your staff through consistent coaching and hands-on mentorship to maintain an environment where learning is part of the work. Partner in the clinic's financial performance by tracking budgets, productivity, and outcomes to identify trends and collaborate with leadership on financial goals. Oversee scheduling, compliance, documentation standards, and day-to-day operations. Drive clinic growth through physician relationships, community engagement, and local marketing. Represent your clinic at regional leadership meetings and contribute to broader organizational initiatives. This role offers a $100,000 annual base salary plus a performance-based bonus, comprehensive health benefits, and a profit-sharing program.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy license
- 2+ years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, with recent outpatient orthopedic focus
