Job Summary
Oversee daily practice operations for the Faculty Group Practice site, including hiring, onboarding, and managing staff while enforcing FGP and NYU Langone policies. Direct business and patient care functions by optimizing workflows, monitoring supply inventory, and managing equipment maintenance. Collaborate with physicians and regional leadership to implement operational initiatives, review performance dashboards, and improve revenue cycle outcomes. Ensure clinical compliance, maintain accreditation standards, and drive patient experience through active service recovery and staff engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's degree preferred
- minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- equivalent combination or training and relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-physician practice environment
- Good communication skills
