Job Summary
Manage daily operations and supervise staff at the assigned onsite employee health clinic, ensuring staff productivity and professional conduct. Schedule employees, approve time sheets before payroll deadlines, and coordinate clinical services including patient access, scheduling, EMR management, and supply oversight. Monitor patient throughput, wait times, and satisfaction while resolving complaints and implementing improvement projects. Maintain HIPAA compliance, ensure facility and equipment upkeep, and train new team members. Serve as an on-site resource to support patients, staff, and providers. Communicate immediately with management regarding site and staff issues.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool degree or equivalent
- Two years of medical office experience
- Working knowledge of outpatient clinic workflow and scheduling
- BLS Certified
- Active LPN or RN License
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a medical office, outpatient setting
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field
- Willing to travel between multiple sites
