Job Summary
Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations with a heavy emphasis on client admissions, benefits management, and revenue-maximizing workflows. Lead a high-performing administrative team, mentor staff, and act as a cross-department liaison to IT, Finance, and Facilities. Drive operational excellence by tracking KPIs, managing site operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between Front Desk, clinical staff, and clients to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Strong focus on revenue optimization, onboarding, staff development, and maintaining efficient workflows using EMR and office productivity tools. Requires leadership, organizational, and communication skills, plus experience with insurance carriers and healthcare operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years’ experience in diversified office work
- Three plus (3+) years of supervisory experience, including hiring and training new employees
- Extensive experience with insurance carriers
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00
