Practice Manager Neurodiagnostics/Sleep Clinic Full Time Mid Shift (40 Hours/Week)

Job Summary
Oversee all administrative and business operations of assigned practice(s), including hiring employees, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Establish efficient workflows, policies, and procedures to foster high performance among staff and providers while maintaining effective communication with senior leadership. Support the vision of Dolly Parton Children's Hospital by aligning practice goals with organizational core values of Compassion, Ownership, Respect, and Excellence. This full-time mid-shift role involves four 10-hour or five 8-hour shifts, requiring strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset to drive practice success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 - 7 years healthcare management experience supervising a minimum of 10 employees
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with staff and providers
- Strong decision making skills and attention to detail
- Strategic and 'big picture' thinker
- Efficient, organized, and resourceful
- Medium lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 20-50 lbs occasionally, 10-20 lbs frequently and 10 lbs constantly to move objects
- Sudden emergency situations have the potential for exposure to lifting or moving of up to 100 lbs
- Frequent bending, walking, sitting, squatting, reaching and standing are required
- Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Minimum Work Experience 5 - 7 years healthcare management experience supervising a minimum of 10 employees preferred
- Strong decision making skills and attention to detail a plus
