Practice Manager - Multi-Clinic Operations

Oversee daily operations and financial performance for multiple Primary/Immediate Care centers, driving team accountability toward revenue and operational KPIs. Manage practice budgets, monitor monthly targets, and identify growth opportunities to improve clinic performance. Direct leadership of non-provider staff including hiring, coaching, and performance management, while serving as the primary point of contact for provider concerns. Execute clinic workflows covering scheduling, supply inventory, compliance, and patient escalations. Maintain on-site presence across assigned clinics with up to 90% multi-site travel within the Atlanta metro market. Stabilize staffing and schedules, implement standard workflows, and reduce patient experience escalations within the first 90 days.
