Job Summary
Practice Manager for Medical & Surgical Weight Loss Services responsible for managing operations of one or more practice sites and supervising clinical and administrative staff. Oversee front-line non-exempt staff, staffing schedules, resource allocation, budgeting, data collection and reporting, cash management, and coordination with central office to optimize patient access, provider productivity, and operational efficiency. Requires Bachelor’s Degree, 2 years of healthcare experience in a clinical/outpatient setting, and strong leadership and analytical abilities. Preference for MBA or MHA.
