Job Summary
Practice Manager to join The Gallery Dental Centre of Excellence in Reading on a maternity-cover fixed-term contract. Full-time 40 hours/week, 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Maternity leave cover for 11 months. Competitive hourly rate dependent on experience. The role focuses on leading and supporting colleagues, delivering operational excellence, and managing financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets) to ensure a fully-functioning, compliant, process-driven practice that serves NHS and private patients. Required Qualifications
- Healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background
- experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership as lead dental nurse is a bonus but not essential
- passionate about delivering great service
- leading and supporting colleagues
- confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)
- focused on operational excellence: equipment and facilities, compliant, process-driven team
