Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day administrative performance of secretarial and clinical support staff, manage staff schedules, and coordinate daily staffing needs including hiring, orientation, and evaluation. Administer corrective action as appropriate, assist in career development through coaching and training, and ensure all mandatory training and HIPAA policies are followed. Evaluate and implement administrative systems to maximize practice operations while regularly analyzing performance metrics for optimal outcomes. Collaborate on annual budget preparation, oversee department payroll, monitor patient billing for revenue compliance, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. This Entry-Level Manager role requires 5-7 years of supervisory and healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study
- Supervisory experience 5-7 years
- Experience working in a healthcare environment 5-7 years
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong and proven leadership skills
