Job Summary
Practice Manager for Lone Tree Family overseeing daily operations of a family medical practice on-site; responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, resource allocation, and overseeing budgeting, billing, and the revenue cycle. Lead, mentor, and evaluate administrative and clinical staff; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies; collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to optimize patient flow and experience. Implement and monitor EHR and practice management systems; develop and execute marketing and community outreach strategies to increase patient volume and visibility; address patient concerns to maintain high patient satisfaction. Requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and healthcare operations expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Associates in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Or directly related experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
