Job Summary
Practice Manager for Lone Tree Family leads daily operations of a family medical practice on-site, overseeing staff, patient care coordination, budgeting and revenue cycle oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement for growth and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, financial management, staff development, policy implementation, optimizing patient flow, EHR and practice-management system usage, and community marketing/outreach to boost patient volume and practice visibility. Requires associating degree in Healthcare Administration/Business Management (or related experience), 3+ years in healthcare practice management, strong billing/coding knowledge, EHR proficiency, and leadership/communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associates in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Or directly related experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare practice management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
