Practice Manager - Lakeside Dental

Job Summary
Build and execute operational plans to improve daily practice productivity and develop strategies for organic patient growth. Constantly review clinic indicators to identify issues, provide coaching to the team, and ensure full compliance with provincial health regulations. Lead staff motivation, drive implementation of company policies, and manage daily staffing costs, payroll, and accounts receivable. Oversee recruitment for dental professionals and maintain strict adherence to health and safety policies. Requires a University or College Diploma in business administration and 3-5 years of experience as a Dental Practice Lead. Full-time position in Halifax.
Required Qualifications
- University or College Diploma in business or office administration
- 3-5 years experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager
- Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances, inventory and people management
- Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Strong commitment to maintaining health regulation and operational standards
- Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office
