Practice Manager - Jewett Orthopedics

Oversee three practice sites, three billing providers, or ten+ employees by establishing relationships with physicians, payers, and the public. Organize work, delegate assignments, and lead office staff while developing growth strategies with physician group leadership. Monitor budgets, facilitate business reviews, and analyze reimbursement data to drive operational and financial performance. Manage personnel functions including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with Orlando Health policies and government regulations. Participate in quality improvement activities and utilize reporting tools to address variances.
