Job Summary
Oversee clinic operations for 25+ staff members in a dyad model, providing supervision and managing customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance. Personally monitor team engagement to improve financial performance, quality, and patient experience while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and standards of care. Requires 7 years of practice management experience, 3 years in healthcare, and 3 years in supervisory roles, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM shift at Sentara Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Specialists in Norfolk, VA.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years Practice Manager experience is acceptable in lieu of bachelor's degree
- Healthcare - 3 years
- Supervisory - 3 years
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Clinical experience and leadership experience in ambulatory care environment (Preferred)
