Job Summary
Supervise a team of Opticians, Technicians, and Patient Care Coordinators while resolving patient and employee issues. Convey a customer-centric approach by coaching staff to deliver exceptional service and serve as a role model. Monitor practice operations, analyze financial data to optimize profitability, and manage product and inventory. Recruit high-caliber talent, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with billing, staff behaviors, and HIPAA regulations. Work closely with Optometrists to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold core values. This full-time exempt role in Forsyth IL offers a salary between $52,000 and $60,000 for a candidate with at least four years of retail management experience.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 4 years of retail management/supervisory experience
