Job Summary
Oversee clinic operations for 11-24 staff members in a dyad model, providing supervision and managing aspects including customer service, budget, risk management, and compliance with organizational policies. Personally monitor team members and resources to improve financial performance, quality, patient experience, and team member performance. Requires an Associate's degree, two years of healthcare experience, and two years of leadership experience. Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
