Job Summary
Manage 24-hour accountability of work flow, performance, and overall operations for large, complex medical practices. Oversee surgical and procedural scheduling, billing, registration, coding, auditing, reimbursement, credentialing, and financial practices. Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, continuous quality improvement, and budget reporting while providing guidance and professional development to staff. Solve problems, develop systems, and delegate personnel responsibilities including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance reviews. Monitor performance objectively, maintain physical environments and equipment, and resolve concerns from patients, physicians, and vendors. Travel locally to multiple practice sites as needed. Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of healthcare management experience preferred.
