Job Summary
Manages daily operations and overall performance of the cardiology practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates office and clinical staff; develops action plans to improve performance in areas such as employee turnover, patient access, and financial outcomes. Oversees budgeting and financial analysis, monitors patient flow and staff coverage, ensures regulatory compliance (OSHA, AHCA), and collaborates with regional leaders to align operations with strategic growth. Regularly visits offices, analyzes monthly financial statements, and communicates performance trends; participates in growth strategies and ensures high-quality patient care and staff relations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice
- Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS)
- Preferred: CMOM, LPN, CMA, CMAC, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA, or related certifications
