Oversee daily operations at Indiana Heart Physicians (IHP) site in Indianapolis; provide management oversight to the practice site and implement strategic/operational plans; collaborate with the Operations Director to address clinical and managerial needs; manage budgeting, variances, staffing, and performance appraisals; create an environment that motivates employees and supports patient care within a cardiology-focused multidisciplinary clinic; travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED - Required
- Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Related Field - Required
- 6 years Healthcare Management in lieu of BS degree - Required
- 8 years Healthcare Management - Preferred
