Job Summary
Manage the delivery of projects and goals identified in the Middle East and EMEA business plans while supporting new business and client development. Execute strategy and business planning with Partners and the M&BD Director to raise the firm's profile in key markets. Oversee financial performance, staffing, and workload allocation to improve profitability and coordinate resources effectively. Develop operational calendars, facilitate meetings, and ensure internal communications align with office priorities. Maintain detailed market awareness and leverage knowledge and technology to deliver value to clients. Work Sunday to Thursday for 42.5 hours per week, with additional hours possibly required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience (five years) in a professional services environment
- Prior law firm experience
- Understanding of the legal sector, legal products and drivers of the practice
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks
- Ability to influence across business functions without direct management responsibility
- IT literate - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Gravitas and credibility, instils trust
- Discreet and with the utmost integrity
- Collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills and rapport-building
- Strong project management and co-ordination skills
- Team worker and networker comfortable in building relationships across the globe
