Practice Manager - Gastroenterology

Oversee daily clinic operations, provider scheduling, and patient flow to optimize efficiency and ensure timely care. Monitor financial performance, including accounts receivable and revenue cycle metrics, while tracking key indicators like physician productivity and collection benchmarks. Ensure compliance with billing, coding, and regulatory standards, and supervise staff through performance evaluations and professional development. Develop departmental budgets, implement quality improvement initiatives, and manage relationships with hospital departments, corporate teams, and vendors. Assist the Director of Physician Practices with strategic planning and process enhancements.
