Job Summary
Manage business operations of the patient journey, including scheduling, reception, visit completion, and patient return. Lead a team of practice members as an assistant department head and Chief Smile Ambassador, welcoming patients and guiding them through their oral health journey. Support the office leader in delivering a best-in-class dental experience while overseeing community initiatives, such as donating proceeds from whitening services to local Colorado charities. Prioritize a commitment to exemplary employee and patient experiences within a full-time role offering subsidized health insurance, dental benefits, 401(k), equity, PTO, and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service oriented multi-specialty dental practice
- Must love people, working in teams, and demonstrate an aptitude for having fun, leading bravely, and creating greatness
- A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience
- Associates degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor degree with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
- Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems preferably Dentrix/Ascend
- Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (i.e., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements)
- Willingness to build trust to achieve results
