Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the practice, manage caregivers and staff, optimize workflow efficiency and quality, and ensure exceptional patient care delivery. Lead collaboration among physicians, caregivers, and stakeholders, drive practice goals, and contribute to the growth and success of the Mercy corporate-health practice. Requires proven leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability to navigate changing priorities in a healthcare setting. Preferred education includes a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school Diploma or equivalent
- Education may be considered in lieu of experience
- Experience: 1 year experience in healthcare or supervisor experience unless preferred education is met
