Job Summary
Lead urgent care and occupational medicine center teams to deliver consistent patient care excellence and operational effectiveness. Manage annual budgets, develop performance goals, and implement center marketing strategies while partnering with senior leadership for clinical standards and regulatory compliance. Create and foster a working environment aligned with core values, develop monthly work schedules, and conduct annual performance evaluations. Hire, manage, and retain appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs, ensuring proper inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Execute fiscal and operational practices to meet or exceed key performance indicators. Required to travel to other centers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Required to travel to other WellStreet Urgent Care centers as needed to support business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience from other industries
- Open to Hospitality Industry and Retail Management experience
- A working knowledge of healthcare business office, insurance operations, ICD-9 and CPT
- Experience in urgent care and occupational medicine
- A positive attitude toward patients, families, and
- Willingness at all times to go the extra mile to create an outstanding experience for customers and to train and lead the center team to do the same
