Practice Manager

Administer all human resource functions including staff recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and terminations. Manage annual performance evaluations, mediate personnel grievances, and ensure compliance with OSHA and Workers' Compensation programs. Oversee daily operations, including inventory purchasing, premises maintenance, regulatory compliance, and the practice management system. Monitor financial progress through monthly P&L reviews, manage bi-weekly payroll, and oversee cash deposits. Respond to client concerns, implement marketing activities, and lead the development of referral relationships. Schedule and attend required meetings, including staff and hospital leadership team meetings. In addition, the Practice Manager may work scheduled shifts providing direct client service and patient care.
