Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the health center, supervise clinical staff, ensure provider productivity, access and patient satisfaction; develop and implement operational goals, reporting, and compliance programs (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA); manage payroll approvals and staff scheduling; train and mentor staff; collaborate with leaders to promote growth within the community; ensure patient-centered care, safety, and effective communication; coordinate with Pharmacy and external partners; maintain data entry for ImmTrac vaccine registry and ensure readiness with regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of LVN experience in a medical clinic setting.
- Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
