Practice Manager (Clinical) - HRMC/Drugco Express/HCC

Clinical Practice Manager to oversee operations across RHG’s medical clinics at Drugco Express, HRMC (ECU Health North), and Halifax Community College in Roanoke Rapids and Weldon, NC. Responsible for clinical operations, development and success of the medical practice, acting as liaison among patients, call center, clinic operations and clinical teams. Responsibilities include analyzing patient care contacts and show reports to identify trends and process improvements, ensuring clinic-wide compliance with RHG, PCMH, CMS Meaningful Use and BPHC requirements, facilitating biweekly quality meetings, and ensuring clinical staff training and performance expectations are met. Requires active NC LPN or RN license and healthcare management experience; strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; familiarity with medical terminology and EHRs (eClinicalWorks).
