Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of a primary care center, bridging administrative functions and clinical collaboration to promote efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance; manage value-based care initiatives with clinical leadership, supervise staff, oversee the center's P&L, monitor KPIs related to patient outcomes and operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Population Health to support integrated care; maintain a safe, welcoming environment and travel locally for coverage as needed.
