Job Summary
Support paraprofessional staff in implementing policies, managing operational functions, and coordinating inventory cycle counts. Oversee team operational performance, conduct staff reviews, handle client complaints, and ensure equipment maintenance and OSHA compliance. Guide the team in following Standard Operating Procedures and act as a PIMS administrative super-user while providing assistance on technology use. Manage pharmacy holdings, lead team coordination, and ensure continuous development through compliance training and self-development courses. Position requires successful completion of the CVPM program, three years of practice management experience, and ability to stand or walk up to 80% per shift.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of the CVPM program
- Current certification for the CVPM designation
- 3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager
- 2 years of supervised experience with veterinary radiation machines
- Ability to meet the qualifications for the CVPM designation
- Physical ability to stand or walk up to 80% per shift
- Ability to frequently lift up 50 to 70 pounds using an optional team lift
- Ability to occasionally lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift
- Ability to stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel
- Position availability for some travel
