Practice Manager

Lead the day-to-day operations of Bullinah's Clinical Services team through coaching, mentoring, and clear leadership. Oversee Medicare billing, funding, and operational systems to maximize efficiency and compliance while driving continuous quality improvement, accreditation, and service development. Build strong relationships with staff, community, partner organizations, and key stakeholders to support organizational change and foster a positive workplace culture. This role requires a Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent, a current NSW Driver Licence, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
