Job Summary
Provide leadership and manage day-to-day operations for the practice to ensure quality clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Supervise administrative and clinical staff, including front desk, medical records, and nursing, while resolving medical-administrative problems and maintaining open communication lines. Develop and implement business plans, measure productivity, and collaborate with physicians to drive improvements in operational effectiveness and cost containment. Manage third-party payer relationships, negotiate reimbursement, oversee provider credentialing, and ensure compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and labor laws. Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, and physical building maintenance while adhering to organizational policies and conducting required training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in business or healthcare
- five years managing a medical practice
- additional certification in project management
- additional certification in leadership management
- additional certification in organizational leadership
- additional certification in business strategy
- additional certification in leadership & ethics
- additional certification in lean six sigma
- additional certification in medical practice management
- Strong human resources and supervisory experience with 25+ employees
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- English proficiency
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in program implementation, operations, and fiscal management
- Excellent knowledge of information technology and its application to the health care environment
