Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of Bullinah's Clinical Services team, overseeing Medicare billing, funding, and operational systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. Support and develop a multidisciplinary team through coaching, mentoring, and clear leadership while driving continuous quality improvement, accreditation, and service development. Build strong relationships with staff, community, partner organisations, and key stakeholders to foster a positive, respectful workplace culture during organisational change. This role involves working closely with the Executive Officer to strengthen clinical services and shape the future of primary health care at this respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma of Practice Management or equivalent, or willingness to obtain
- Current NSW Driver Licence
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a health or primary care environment
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, practice operations and clinical administration
- Experience leading, coaching and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to lead change, improve systems and build collaborative relationships
- A genuine commitment to culturally safe, community-centred healthcare
