Job Summary
Manage assigned providers and office staff across multiple locations, serving as a liaison between physician practices and Northside Hospital. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures while maintaining a productive, financially secure work environment. Develop, organize, and implement various programs under the direction of the Director of Physician Practice Management. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent experience, with 8-5 work hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or a healthcare related field
- Associates Degree and 4 years of related healthcare experience
- 15 years of Physician Practice Operations experience in a large, Multi-specialty and multi-location physician practice organization
- Ability to develop, organize and implement various programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Evidence of an ability to work well with others, a team player
- Evidence of teaching skills

- MHA or MBA
