Job Summary
Manage practice financial performance, expenses, and inventory while driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability. Oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and payroll compliance to support veterinarians and maintain high client satisfaction. Collaborate with the Managing Doctor on strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and regulatory compliance, including OSHA and DEA standards. Build and develop a productive team through performance evaluations, training, and conflict resolution. Ensure practice technology functions correctly and the environment meets cleanliness and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time employment
- On-site work location
- Ability to work on weekends when needed
- Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds
- Ability to lift patients or carry equipment over 25 pounds with assistance
- Knowledge of OSHA safety techniques including use of proper PPE
- Excellent computer skills including MS office applications, office technology, etc.
- Basic math and ability to calculate medication dosages
- Strong communication skills
- Client service experience

- Associate degree in applied science
