Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy team and manage store operations to deliver patient safety, clinical governance, and commercial targets. Coach and develop direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards. Balance the dual role of line manager and pharmacist to inspire the team in achieving defined key results and resolving difficult situations. Manage all pharmacy-related targets and deadlines while supporting the drive to make Asda Pharmacy the best in class.
Required Qualifications
- A fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
- Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment
- Experienced in comfortably challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations
- Maintaining solid connections in store and with field teams
- Valid GPhC registration
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
- Relevant safeguarding qualifications
- DBS check
- Enrollment in the live update service
- Demonstration of qualifications and identity through appropriate documentation
