Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy team to deliver patient safety, achieve commercial targets, and maintain GPhC compliance standards. Directly coach and develop staff and locums to ensure exceptional customer service while managing daily operations for Asda Pharmacy. Balance clinical responsibilities with line management duties to drive profitability and operational excellence. Work a rotating day shift schedule including Saturdays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9am to 9pm. This role supports the broader mission of creating memorable customer experiences within the community.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
- Valid GPhC registration
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
- Relevant safeguarding qualifications
- DBS check
- Enrollment in the live update service
- Ability to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist
- Experience in comfortably challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations
- Solid connections in store and with field teams
