Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy team and manage daily operations to deliver patient safety and achieve commercial targets. Coach staff and locums on GPhC standards, clinical governance, and customer service while balancing line management with direct patient care. Maintain high compliance levels and support regional and home office teams on clinical and service queries. Work a rotating day shift pattern from 09:00 to 20:00 across weeks 1 and 2, reporting to the Area Manager. Drive exceptional patient experience within Asda Pharmacy to make the store best in class.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
- Valid GPhC registration
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
- Relevant safeguarding qualifications
- Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist
- Experienced in comfortably challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations
- Must possess a valid GPhC registration
- Must have evidence of the right to work in the UK
- Must have relevant safeguarding qualifications
- Required to undergo a DBS check
- Required to enroll in the live update service
- Must demonstrate qualifications and identity through appropriate documentation
