Practice Manager

Pharmacy Practice Manager role blending patient care and commercial leadership in Sunderland. Lead, coach and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience while meeting GPhC operating standards and clinical governance. Manage the store Pharmacist and colleagues, drive adherence to NHS and private services, and deliver targets and deadlines. Ensure high patient safety and professional customer service; develop direct reports and locums, supporting a safe and compliant working environment. Coordinate with in-store, regional and home office teams to provide clinical and service support, and maintain KRAs. Rota covers Monday–Sunday 09:00–20:00 with hybrid working expectations. Requires valid GPhC registration, evidence of right to work in the UK, safeguarding qualifications, DBS check, and live update service; documentation will be required upon successful application.
