Job Summary
Lead the pharmacy team and manage store operations to deliver patient safety, clinical governance, and profitable business targets. Directly support and develop the pharmacist and colleagues to maintain high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards. Balance the dual role of line manager and pharmacist to ensure a safe working environment while inspiring the team to meet defined key results areas. Work Monday through Saturday, 09:00–21:00, reporting into the Area Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare
- Valid GPhC registration
- Evidence of the right to work in the UK
- Relevant safeguarding qualifications
- DBS check
- Enrollment in the live update service
- Ability to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist
- Ability to deliver results by inspiring and motivating your team to take action and deliver within the defined KRAs
- Experience in comfortably challenging, confronting and solving difficult situations
- Solid connections in store and with field teams
