Practice Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the veterinary practice, managing administrative, financial, and human resources functions while collaborating with veterinarians to maintain a productive environment. Supervise all staff including technicians and receptionists, handling recruitment, training, performance management, and schedule optimization to align with patient needs and labor budgets. Direct financial operations through budgeting, billing, expense management, and accounts receivables monitoring, while leading client relations initiatives to build meaningful connections and manage feedback. Ensure smooth daily activities through inventory control, policy refinement, and compliance with veterinary regulatory agencies, OSHA standards, and safety protocols. Manage practice technology by training staff and triaging IT support needs. Execute marketing strategies to attract clients and expand community presence through events and outreach programs. Full-time position with possible evening or weekend hours required.
