Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a veterinary practice, supervising staff recruitment, scheduling, and performance management while optimizing labor costs. Manage financial functions including budgeting, billing, expense control, and accounts receivable to meet operational goals. Lead client relations by coaching teams on service delivery, monitoring reviews, and maintaining high-quality patient care standards. Execute marketing strategies, oversee digital content, and drive community outreach to attract and retain clients. Ensure full compliance with veterinary regulations, OSHA safety standards, and record-keeping protocols. Train staff on practice technology and partner with IT support to address system needs. Full-time role with potential evening or weekend hours required in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Possibility of evening and/or weekend hours based on the client and patient needs of the practice
Desired Qualifications
- CVPM
- CVBL
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or other relevant areas
- Demonstrated experience in P&L management and financial analysis
