Job Summary

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the AirSculpt practice in Houston, ensuring clinical and administrative functions run efficiently and in compliance with AirSculpt standards. Own scheduling across providers, rooms, and staff; maintain real-time capacity visibility and accurate calendars. Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local requirements (AAAHC, JCAHO, AAAASF), uphold policies and patient-safety objectives, and manage inventory and purchasing. Oversee clinical workflows to safeguard patient safety and adherence to protocols; monitor location KPIs (case volume, revenue, labor utilization, operating expenses) and drive profitability. Serve as the primary contact for Aesthetics Pro adoption and staff proficiency; lead onboarding and ongoing training for all staff. Direct front desk coordinators and administrative staff; conduct regular performance reviews and address retention risks. Own patient experience from initial contact to post-procedure follow-up; manage documentation workflows and close experience gaps with clinical leads. Manage location budgets, approve timekeeping and PTO, and present performance updates to leadership. May undertake additional duties or ad hoc projects as the business evolves. This role requires a BS/BA (preferred) with 5+ years of management experience in a fast-growth, high-volume environment; weekend availability; and strong communication and financial acumen. Base salary details: Base of $75K plus monthly bonus potential; full compensation packages commensurate with experience and licenses/certifications.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume environment, luxury retail, plastic surgery, or medical spa experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams while managing competing operational priorities
  • Financial acumen — ability to read a P&L, manage a budget, and translate operational decisions into business outcomes
  • Proficiency with EMR or practice management platforms; experience with Aesthetics Pro or similar systems preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and communication skills; ability to represent AirSculpt to patients, staff, and leadership
  • Weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays as required)
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Experience supporting EMR or technology platform rollouts
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a meaningful advantage
