Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations by overseeing patient census, adjusting staff schedules, and controlling the clinic budget to ensure fiscal efficiency. Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and daily huddles while handling talent acquisition, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. Ensure strict compliance with state, federal, and company regulations through monthly audits and policy enforcement. Resolve patient complaints immediately and maintain appropriate clinical supply and inventory levels. This role supports Acuity physicians and champions core values across assigned office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related field
- minimum 3-5 years of related work and staff management experience
- equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices and best practices
- Valid Driver's License
- thorough working knowledge of front office and back office procedures and roles
