Job Summary
Manage daily clinic operations by overseeing patient census, scheduling staff, and coordinating front and back office duties. Control the clinic budget, maintain clinical supply inventory, and lead daily huddles to drive performance and efficiency. Resolve patient complaints, handle talent acquisition, and conduct compliance audits while enforcing state and federal regulations. Partner with doctors and HR to foster an accountable culture where patient care comes first. Ensure Acuity physicians remain satisfied through immediate issue resolution and effective team coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare management, business, or related field
- minimum 3-5 years of related work and staff management experience
- equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices and best practices
- Valid Driver's License
- thorough working knowledge of front office and back office procedures and roles
