Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and inspire the practice team to achieve organizational goals while overseeing daily operations for efficiency and high-quality patient care. Foster a positive, accountable workplace culture by coaching staff, managing performance, and ensuring compliance with policies. Monitor operational and financial metrics including production, collections, and profitability to drive practice growth. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement strategies for operational improvement and partner with providers to optimize scheduling. Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience that exceeds expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dental practice management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational performance
- Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance, and patient care management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions that drive results

- Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office applications
