Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of a gastroenterology practice, supervising front-end revenue cycle workflows and ensuring MMG standards are met. Collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality patient care, lead staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting, and drive performance through operating reports and analytics. Manage patient experience and access, hire/train staff, conduct performance evaluations, oversee inventory and safety, and partner with providers on business strategies and growth. Lead practice-based committees, assist in recruitment/onboarding of providers, and support organizational leadership with data-driven decisions. Occasional travel to satellite locations and participation in leadership initiatives are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years of experience in a position with supervisory responsibilities preferred
