Job Summary
Lead and manage operations at a single primary care clinic, supervise a multi-disciplinary team of 15+, and ensure smooth daily clinic operations. Drive patient experience and clinical outcomes by implementing in-clinic operational initiatives, optimizing staffing, scheduling, and workflow adherence to SOPs. Partner with the Center Medical Director to make collaborative decisions, train and mentor staff, and maintain a Great Place to Work culture. Proficient in EMR and proprietary software, coordinate facilities-related tasks, and support patient access and service delivery while maintaining a patient-centric, data-driven approach. Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role
