Job Summary
Practice Manager leads daily operations for multiple medical clinics in Hamilton, MT, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and promote care delivery processes aligned with organizational goals. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years or more management experience, preferably in healthcare or equivalent education and experience
- Experience working with medical providers and nurses, preferably in clinic setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate and influence clinical teams to achieve high quality and customer service
